At the check-out center you will be prompt to choose, shipping: USPS, or You may want to choose pick up the items at our store or delivered to your home or office.
For residents of Miami-Dade and Broward County exclusively, we are offering a pick and delivery service for your convenience, below are the conditions.
Miami-Dade: Will have a $25.00 delivery fee, with a minimum of a $100.00 in purchase.
Broward: Will have a $30.00 delivery fee, with a minimum of a $150.00 in purchase.
Shipping Information, Policy and Rates
We ship orders to 48 states in the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO military addresses.
We DO NOT SHIP to Utah or South Dakota.
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship on the same day.

You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped with the date of shipment and a tracking/delivery confirmation number. If you have any special handling requests, please leave us a comment during checkout.
Our customer service hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST and Saturdays 10am-6pm EST.
Easy Return policy
We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars, and accessories, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. Every shipment is inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality but in the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days* of receipt of your order. Simply, contact uss directly 305.801.5585 and our team of customer service representatives will guide you through our easy return process. Upon completion of the return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). It is important that you write this number on the outside of the package to ensure accuracy upon receipt of the return. Please take note that returns take 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process.
How the return policy works:
For cigars by the box or bundle of 20 cigars or more, we allow a 1 stick allowance but the remaining cigars must be returned in order to receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges. For samplers and 3 or 5-packs, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
All Other Merchandise—For any other merchandise outside Cigars, Pipes and Pipe Tobacco, may be returned within 30 days upon receipt of your order for an exchange, credit or refund. Any merchandise returned, must be new and in the packaging with the exception of any damage or defects. Returns take up to 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process.
*During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

In order to prevent credit card fraud, we do not process automated address verification. Every order is verified and shipped manually by our staff. If shipping and billing addresses are different, we will confirm the authenticity of the order with the cardholder, both for the cardholder’s and company’s protection. Any order without a valid phone number for the billing party will not be processed. Do not use toll free, cell phone or pager numbers as directory assistance is also used to validate that the billing party exists at the address specified. While shopping at casahabano.net, your IP address will be monitored. Any fraudulent credit card use attempt will be notified to IFCC/FBI.
We use your email address to send order confirmation emails and invoices. If you have selected to receive our weekly email specials by supplying your email address, we will send you our exclusive weekly specials. Why do we verify your age?
We do not sell our products to anyone under the age of 18 or 21, whichever your state law requires.
For all first time buyers, we are required to submit a copy or a picture of a Driver’s License or some other form of Government issue ID that verifies your date of birth.
